RULES
1. The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/) apply to ‘Sharm el-Sheikh with easyJet’ radio competition ("the Competition"), which will run from Monday 24.03.14 to Friday 04.04.14 (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is Capital Network.
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must:
Go online to http://promo.capitalradio.co.uk/easyjet/, visit the easyJet enhanced article page, register their details and answer a question. Online entry will open at 00:01am on Monday 24.03.14 and close at 23:59pm on Friday 04.04.14.
4. A winner will be chosen at random on Monday 07.04.14 from all the correct and eligible entries and contacted by Global Radio within 7 days of the competition closing.

5. All entrants must be aged 18 years old or over.
6. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.
Prize:
7. A holiday to Sharm El Sheikh for 2 adults including accommodation and flights.
Terms and conditions:
1. Prize includes one holiday to Sharm El Sheikh for 2 adults in an adult only hotel. The holiday include 7 nights accommodation, All-Inclusive Board, 1 Standard Room at the 5* Xperience Sea Breeze in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt.
2. The accommodation can be either a twin or double room, depending on the Winner’s preference, but is subject to availability. There can only be a maximum of 2 adults sleeping in the room
3. The prize must be booked by the 1st May 2014 and return date of trip must be before the 25th October 2014. The prize is subject to availability and cannot be taken on the following dates:
- 5th April 2014 – 21 April 2014
or
- 24th May 2014 – 1st June 2014.
4. The prize includes return flights for 2 people to Sharm El Sheikh from any easyJet departure airport that serves Sharm el-Sheikh: London Gatwick, London Stansted, London Luton and Manchester. The flights include 1 piece of hold luggage per person up to a maximum weight of 20kg per bag.
5. Foreign transfers will be provided to and from the airport and the hotel accommodation. The Winners will need to organise their own travel arrangements to and from from their place of residence to the designated airport and back again after the holiday. The cost of these arrangements is not included in the prize and will need to be financed by the Winner.
6. Within two weeks of the Winner receiving their prize confirmation with the easyJet holidays team, the winner must have provided their preferred travel date options for the holiday. It may take up to two weeks to confirm any suggested travel dates.
7. The Winner and their guest must have a passport that is valid for a minimum period of 6 months from the date of entry into Egypt.
8. Details of the All-Inclusive Program Board:
• Items/activities which are included in the All-Inclusive program, which will run until 12:00pm on the day of departure, are:
-Safety Deposit Box in each room (Hotel takes no responsibility for any valuables left in the guest’s room unattended.)
-Breakfast Box (if required) can be requested before 21:00am the day before.
-Shuttle Bus, to and from Naama Bay (Prior reservation required.)
-Evening Entertainment 20:30pm to 23:00pm on the Lobby’s Terrace.
-Use of the Gym (excluding Jacuzzi, Steam, Sauna, Massage and Beauty Salon)
- The drinks which will be available on all-inclusive board include: selected soft drinks, water, juices, Nescafe, tea, American coffee, Ice Cream, local beers, local wines, and local spirits (Gin, Rum, Vodka, Whisky and Brandy ONLY).
• All-Inclusive program food will be served at the following venues and times:
Breakfast: 07:00am to 10:30am at Tiran Restaurant
Late Breakfast: 10:30am to 12:30pm at Your Bar
Lunch: 12:30pm to 15:00pm at Tiran Restaurant
Snacks/Lunch: 12:30pm to 16:30pm at Elements Terrace
Snacks/Lunch/Ice Cream: 12:30pm to 16:30pm at Aqua Pool Bar, Pool #2
Ice Cream: 12:30pm to 16:30pm at Deep Pool Bar, Pool #5
Snacks/Tea Time: 15:15pm to 17:30pm at Your Bar
Dinner: 18:30pm to 10:30pm at Tiran Restaurant
BBQ Dinner: 19:00pm to 21:30pm at L’Oriental Shisha Lounge (Prior Reservation Required)
Snacks Only: 23:00pm to 02:00am at Your Bar
• All-Inclusive program drinks will be served at the following venues and times:
Your Bar: 10:30am to 12:00am
(Open 24hrs, but there will be an extra charge incurred outside of all-inclusive hours stated.)
Zen Bar: 12:00pm to 12:00am
Aqua Pool Bar, Pool #2: 10:30am to Sunset
Deep Pool Bar, Pool #5: 10:30am to Sunset
Beach Bar: 10:00am to 17:00pm
(Drinks before 10:00am will incur an extra charge.)
• Not included in the All-Inclusive program board: Wi-Fi, Diving Centre, Water Sports, Clinic, Taxi Service, Jacuzzi, Steam, Sauna, Massage, Beauty Salon, dinner at Elements Restaurant (19:00pm to 23:00pm) and all other A La Carte Restaurants, Fresh Juices, Turkish coffee, Espresso, Cappuccino, mini bar, room service and laundry.
• All drinks will be served by the glass.
• Guests will be charged 20 Euros if you lose your towel and 10 Euros if you lose your room key.
• Day use of hotel rooms or late checkouts are subject to hotel availability and may incur a charge.
9. Travel Insurance will be provided via the NDL Group. Travel insurance is subject to normal terms of acceptance. Pre-existing medical conditions may not be covered. No age restrictions apply.
10. All prizes are non-transferable and there are no cash or prize alternatives available.
11. Global Radio reserves the right to substitute the prize to one that is of equal or greater value to the one that is stated.
