RULES
1. The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/) apply to ‘Win a Trip to Dubai – ONLINE COMP’ radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from Wednesday 3rd September – Friday 12th September. (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is Capital FM Network.
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.
Details of the Competition:
3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to capitalfm.com, register their details and answer a question. Online entry will open at 0001 on Wednesday 3rd September and close at 2359 on Friday 12th September.
4. A winner will be selected at random from all correct entries and then contacted by a Global Radio representative within 28 days of the competition closing.
Eligibility:
5. Over 18’s only. The winner and their guest must hold a valid UK passport, valid for at least six months beyond the return date of the holiday to be able to travel to UAE.
6. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.
Prize:
7. There is 1x Prize available. The Prize includes:
• 3 nights’ accommodation at Atlantis The Palm in a deluxe room available between 12th September 2014 – 12th September 2015. Blackout dates apply.
• Accommodation will be provided for maximum 2 adults per room, including breakfast at Kaleidoscope or Saffron restaurants, and unlimited access to Aquaventure and The Lost Chambers Aquarium during the stay only. Drinks and other extras are not included.
• £250 spending money, provided in the form of a cheque
• Travel Insurance
• Return flights to Dubai are included from one of the following airports: Birmingham, Glasgow, London Heathrow, London Gatwick, Manchester and Newcastle. The winners’ first choice airport may not be available and flight schedules are subject to change. Return transfers in Dubai between the airport and hotel are included. Winners must make their own way to and from the UK airport.
• Travel Insurance is subject to the terms and conditions of the insurance provider. The winner and travelling party are responsible for meeting any costs related to obtaining cover for any pre-existing medical conditions
• The prize excludes UK ground transfers, meals and drinks (other than those specified above), excursions, attractions (other than those specified above), spa treatments, car hire, personal expenses, and visas and any required vaccinations.
• The prize must be booked in advance, and redeemed between 12th September 2014 and 12th September 2015. Exclusions: 18th to 30th September 2014, 1st to 6th, 18th to 31st October 2014, 1st to 8th November 2014, 20th to 31st December 2014, 1st to 6th January 2015, 14th to 21st February 2015, 21st to 31st March 2015, 1st to 11th April 2015, 1st to 9th, 23rd to 30th May 2015, 4th, 5th, 11th and 12th June 2015, 16th to 19th, 23rd, 24th, 30th and 31st July 2015, 6th, 7th, 13th, 14th, 20th, 21st, 27th and 28th August,.
• All dates are subject to availability.
• Cancellation policy applies.
• The winner will be required to provide a valid credit card imprint upon arrival at the hotel.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be sold. Any unused portion of the prize will be forfeited, no cash substitutions are allowed and cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion.
• Gift voucher must be presented upon hotel check in as verification.
• The prize may not be extended, transferred or exchange for cash and may not be taken during any major holidays.
8. Global reserves the right to substitute the Prize, or any part of the Prize.
