RULES
1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions, which can be found at:

(the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to Sky Store’s Captain America radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from Saturday 30th April to Sunday 8th May on Capital, Heart, Smooth and Radio X
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to:

Register their details and answer a multiple choice question.
4. Online entry will open at 00.00am on Satruday 30th April and close at 23.59pm on Sunday 8th May 2016.
5. One winner will be selected at random from all correct, eligible entries received across Capital, Heart, Smooth and Radio X, and will be notified on the contact details supplied at the point of entry within 7 days of the competition closing date.
Eligibility:
6. Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
7. One of those travelling (either the winner or their guest) must be aged 21 or over and the accompanying traveller must be aged 18 or over.
8. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.
Prize:
9. 1 x Winner will win a trip for 2 to New York, including:
- Return flights from a major international UK airport to New York
- Return airport transfers in New York
- 4 Nights luxury (minimum 4*) accommodation in Manhattan (based on sharing a double/twin room)
- Daily Breakfast
- Tickets for the Empire State Building
- £250 spending money
- Travel Insurance
10. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
11. Additional Terms & Condtitions:
The Competition is not open to employees (or family members of employees) of any SKY UK LIMITED (“Sky”), companies associated with the Promotion and all affiliates of such companies. The Promoter shall allow one entry per household only.
a) There is no cash alternative to the Prize or any element thereof and unless agreed otherwise in writing the Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable.
b) Sky reserves the right to refuse or withdraw the Prize if a winner or a party authorised by the winner to act on their behalf, threatens or abuses a Staff employee or otherwise conducts themselves in a manner that Sky reasonably regards as inappropriate, offensive or unlawful.
c) Electrical items can take up to 28 working days to arrive from when the winner is contacted.
d) Return flights from a Major International UK airport to New York, including taxes, fees and one item of checked luggage per person; Return airport transfers in New York; 4 nights’ hotel accommodation in Manhattan, with a four-star rating, based on sharing a double or twin room; Daily breakfast; Admission to the Observatory at the Empire State Building; £250 spending money; Travel insurance
e) Flights available from major international airports in the UK only; Winner and guest must have full passport valid for at least 6 months at time of travel; Any necessary visas are responsibility of winner and guest; A valid credit or debit card will be required for security deposit purposes when checking into hotel accommodation; Travel insurance is subject to restrictions and the terms and conditions of the insurance provider. It is the responsibility of the winner and/or their companion to meet any additional costs relating to obtaining insurance cover for any pre-existing medical condition and for any additional costs as may be specified where the winner and/or their companion are aged 70 or over; Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable; No cash alternative is available; Prize is subject to availability; Prize cannot be taken from 21st December 2016 – 2nd January 2017 (Christmas and New Year), over UK bank holidays, over Easter Sunday, or during the months of July and August; Prize is valid for 12 months from the date of notification of winning, and travel must be booked and completed within that time frame; Winners must give at least 6 weeks' notice in advance of their chosen travel dates; Stay must include a Saturday night in the hotel; All elements of the prize must be taken at the same time; Once booked, the prize cannot be altered or amended; At least one traveller must be aged 21 or over; The prize excludes domestic ground transfers; The prize excludes meals and drinks, excursions, attractions, treatments, car hire, visas and personal expenses and anything not expressly included in the prize.
