RULES

  1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competition/) (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘Beanz Meanz Heinz’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from 16.10.17 to 20.10.17 on Capital FM (the “Radio Station”).
  2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. 

Details of the Competition:

  1. To enter the Competition an Entrant must send a text message with the keyword given out on air and their answer to 83958 (the “Text Message Line”). Text messages will be charged at standard network rates.  The opening and closing times of the  text line will be given out on-air, on each day of the compeititon.
  2. From all valid entries, one winner will be chosen at random. The winner will be notifed via telephone on the number provided. All Entrants selected to play on air will be required to talk to the presenter(s) and the conversation may be recorded and played on-air. If the caller fails to answer a return call from Global, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over, cannot continue the call for any reason or the phone line is not of a suitable quality for broadcast (at the discretion of the producer) the call may be terminated and another Entrant selected at random. This process will remain in place for each day of the promotion.

  1. Entrants and their guests must be 18 years or over
  2. 6.     Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Prize Terms and Conditions:

Brunch for 8 people at winners home:

  • Should this product be unavailable at the time of purchase for the winner, the NDL Group (on behalf of global) reserves the right to substitute with an alternative of equal or greater value. Specifications are subject to change from the manufacturer without notice.
  • Prize Based on 8 adults enjoying a brunch including 1⁄2 bottle champagne per person. Alcohol will be served to over 18’s only. Excludes Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. Brunch includes 1 chef, 1 waiter, linin and fresh flowers.
  • Booking must be made a minimum of 6 weeks in advance.
  • All prizes must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within 12
  • months from the date of our initial correspondence with them.

 

Spa Break for two people:

  • Travel is subject to availability at the discretion of the organiser and excludes Christmas, New Year, Valentines, Easter, School Holidays and Bank Holidays. Due to the nature of the location, travel will provided be in the form of petrol allowance covering a maximum total of 600 miles (round trip). Should the winner live further than 300 miles from the location, a contribution towards travel expenses will be provided.
  • Hotel is classed as a 4 Star and is based on two sharing a Brimstone Mezzanine Suite with Private balcony, seating area with log burning stove, 42” SMART TV, Audio/Media system, Luxury spa toiletries, Shower room, Mini bar (charges will apply at winner’s own expense), Room service menu available 24-7 (charges will apply at winner’s own expense), WiFi, Gallery Bedroom and shower, Egyptian cotton sheets and goose down duvets and refreshments & snacks in the Reading Room on a bed and breakfast basis.
  • Spellbind Full Body Massage per person will last approximately 55 minutes long and is subject to availability. Spa treatments are subject to change and availability at the time of booking. Some treatments may not be suitable for people with certain medical conditions and will be substituted for a safe alternative should this be the case.
  • Must be booked 6 weeks in advance.
  • All prizes must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within 12
  • months from the date of our initial correspondence with them.

 

3 Night Glamping Break:

  • Travel is subject to availability at the discretion of the organiser and excludes Christmas, New Year, Valentines, Easter, School Holidays and Bank Holidays. Due to the nature of the location, travel will provided be in the form of petrol allowance covering a maximum total of 1000 miles (round trip). Should the winner live further than 500 miles from the location, a contribution towards travel expenses will be provided. 

  • The treehouse is for a 3 night weekend stay subject to availability at time of booking. Booking must be made at least 3 months in advance . You will need to bring towels ( available to hire if prefered), toiletries, raincoats and wellies and maybe a swimsuit if you fancy a swim during your stay. 

  • Breakfast Hamper for 4 people which includes; Bacon, sausages, eggs, milk, small cereal boxes, marshmallows and either a bottle of shloer or prosecco. 

  • In each bedroom in every lodge we provide you with pillows and duvets that match the size of the beds, bed linen is also included. Electric blankets are also installed in the twin and double bedrooms to add that extra bit of warmth during the colder months. 

  • An electricity point is installed in each bedroom, ideal for keeping phones charged and hairdryers, plus hair straighteners. 

  • In the Kitchen you will find cooking utensils, pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, glassware caffetiere. You will need to bring Tea towels( available to hire if prefered). Cold running water is also drinkable. For Hot Drinks we supply a kettle for boiling water on the stove. The kitchen is also equipped with a portable gas stove which is good for a quick cup of tea especially in hot weather. 

  • For use of the Wood Burning Stove we provide fire lighters, matches and wood. 

  • For keeping food cool there is a chest fridge inside your lodge, we also have a shelf available in our shop fridge, should you require it. 

  • Forlightingwe provide rechargeable lanterns and fairy lights . Also Paraffin lamps should you require them. 

  • Wi-fi is included. 

  • Check-in time is 3.30pm onwards, we do not allow arrivals before this time. 

  • All prizes must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within 12 months 
from the date of our initial correspondence with them. 


Trip to London for 3 with Backyard Cinema Experience

  • Travel is subject to availability at the discretion of the organiser and excludes Christmas, New Year, Valentines, Easter, School Holidays and Bank Holidays and must be before 24th April.
  • Transfers will be private and not shared with other passengers.
  • Hotel is classed as a 4 Star and is based on two sharing a twin or double
  • room (winner’s choice) with ensuite bathroom on a bed and breakfast
  • basis.
  • Tickets for Backyard cinema subject to availability at the time of
  • booking and exclude sold out events. Winners choice of film. Excludes
  • pre views, premiers and exclusive showings.
  • All prizes must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within 12
  • months from the date of our initial correspondence with them.

 

2 Night stay in London with Duck and Waffle

  • Travel is subject to availability at the discretion of the organiser and excludes Christmas, New Year, Valentines, Easter, School Holidays and Bank Holidays
  • Transfers will be private and not shared with other passengers.
  • Hotel is classed as a 4 Star and is based on two sharing a twin or double
  • room (winner’s choice) with ensuite bathroom on a bed and breakfast
  • basis.
  • Based on four adults enjoying a 3 course meal from the brunch menu
  • including 3 cocktails per person, mineral water and coffee. Brunch is on Saturdays & Sundays 11:00am - 3:30pm and is subject to availability. Excludes “for the table” section of the menu. Vegan, Vegetarian and Gluten Conscious options available.
  • All prizes must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within 12 months from the date of our initial correspondence with them.
