RULES

1.    The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/ the “CompetitionTerms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to ‘Belvita Breakfast – Morning Win - Twitter’ competition (the “Competition") which will run from Monday 1st September 2014 to Friday 5th September 2014 on Capital Network (the “Radio Station”). The "Radio Station" is Capital FM Network.
2.    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

Details of the Competition:
3.    To enter the Competition an Entrant must be an @CapitalOfficial follower & tweet their morning win to @CapitalOfficial using the hashtag ‘#MorningWin’. A morning win is a little victory you have in the morning when something goes your way, for example, getting the last seat on the train.
4.    Twitter entry opens at 06.00.01am on Monday 1st September 2014 and will close at 07.30.00am on Friday 5th September 2014.
5.    From all entries received, Capital FM will select one overall winner.
6.    The winning entry will be selected by a team of judges from Global Radio based on the following criteria: how entertaining, engaging and funny the morning win story is.  Their decision is final.
7.    The winner will be notified on Twitter.

Eligibility:
8.    Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
9.    Entrants must be an @CapitalOfficial follower on Twitter.
10.    Multiple entries are permitted – you can enter as many times as you like.

Prize:
11.    The winner’s morning win story submitted to @CapitalOfficial using the #MorningWin hashtag will be turned in to a song by Doc Brown.  This will be filmed and the video will be sent to the winner on Twitter.
12.    The Prize cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative Prize.
13.    Global Radio reserves the right to substitute the Prize at any time.
