Belvita Breakfast ‘Morning Win’ on the Capital Network excluding London & Capital Cymru, August/September 2014
RULES
1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/ the “CompetitionTerms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to ‘Belvita Breakfast – Morning Win’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from Monday 1st September 2014 to Friday 5th September 2014 on Capital Network (the “Radio Station”). The "Radio Station" is Capital FM Network excluding London & Capital Cymru.
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.
Details of the Competition:
3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must send a text message with the keyword specified on air and their entry to the number given out on air (the “Text Message Line”) as directed on air.
4. Text messages will be charged at standard network rates.
5. The opening and closing times of the Text Message Line will be given out on air.
6. Entrants must share their ‘Morning Win’ story on text. A morning win is a little victory you have in the morning when something goes your way, for example, getting the last seat on the train.
7. From all entries received, the Breakfast show will select a maximum of 2 winners each day and award them a prize. Their Prize will be revealed on air by the Capital Breakfast presenter/s.
8. Winners will be selected by the Capital Breakfast Team, based on the following criteria: how entertaining, engaging and funny the stories are. Their decision is final.
9. Winners will be announced on-air.
10. Winning stories may be used as part of a 40” commercial played out on Capital FM each morning during the competition week. The stories may also feature in a video which will be hosted at capitalfm.com and Capital FM and/or Belvita Twitter accounts.
11. Entrants ‘Morning Win’ stories received may be used by Belvita for promotional or advertising use in the future. No personal information will be shared.
Eligibility:
12. Entrants must be aged 18 or over & hold (or be eligible to apply for in time for travel) a valid passport for relevant prizes.
13. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.
Prize:
14. The prize pot for the week consists of the following items. Winners will each be awarded 1x prize – they will be told which prize they have been awarded on air. Max 10 winners per station across the Competition period.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
• Travel is subject to availability at the discretion of the organiser and excludes Christmas, New Year, Valentines, Easter, School Holidays and Bank Holidays (both UK and destination country).
• Departure airport used will be dependent on the direct availability from the winners nearest available international airport, which may not necessarily be the closest. Non UK passports holders may need a visa for their chosen destination, which they should arrange with the Embassy at their own expense.
• Transfers will be private and not shared with other passengers.
• Hotel will be classed as a minimum of 3 Star and will be based on two people sharing a twin or double room (winner’s choice) with ensuite bathroom
on a bed and breakfast basis. Also includes Tourism Tax for the duration of the winner’s stay, payable locally to the hotel upon check-out.
• Travel insurance is subject to normal terms of acceptance. Pre-existing medical conditions may not be covered. No age restrictions apply.
• All prizes must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within 12 months from the date of our initial correspondence with them.
INVIGORATING SPA BREAK

• Return train travel for two people to winner’s choice of Champneys resort location. Choose from:

• Return transfers from the station to the resort
• 2 nights accommodation at winner’s choice of resort

• Travel will be by train, must be off peak and booked a minimum of 6 weeks in advance.
• Transfers will be private and not shared with other passengers.
• Accommodation is classed as a 4 Star and is based on two people sharing a twin or double room (winner’s choice) with ensuite bathroom on a full
board basis. Meals include: Nutritious 3-course dinner, buffet breakfast and 3-course buffet lunch.
• Spa treatments are subject to change and availability at the time of booking. Some treatments may not be suitable for people with certain medical
conditions and will be substituted for a safe alternative should this be the case. Includes: 1x Champneys Massage 25 mins, 1x Champneys Relaxing
Facial 25 mins and 1x Thalassotherapy pool session 25 mins. Spa facilities and classes at each resort differs slightly.
