Take a trip to the seaside in the heart of the city and head ‘To The Beach!’ at Bristol Aquarium.

With a whole host of coastal activities and events there is something for everyone; from hands-on rockpool workshops and helping feed the fish, to meeting some crabby crustaceans and even playing in our indoor beach!

On special days throughout August you can make friends with a mermaid or get swept away in a shipwrecked storytelling session – get ready to hear some fascinating tales of life at sea.

With eight themed zones, over 40 displays and an underwater walk-through tunnel you’ll come face-to-face with tropical sharks, stingrays, seahorses, piranhas and much more. Keep an eye out for Bolt the electric eel!

Bristol Aquarium is open daily and children under 3 go free.
