Capital presents the Beatball Barbecue with the FAW Trust at the Capital FM Cardiff Bay Beach!
Every Sunday in August from 2pm, all the ladies can join Capital Breakfast’s Polly plus an official FAW coach to get involved in Welsh football while we play the hits!
There’s also a free bbq plus a chance to win one of five pairs of Specsavers designer sunglasses each Sunday!
BEATBALL - THE NEW CRAZE FOR GIRLS
MIXING FITNESS & DANCE WITH FOOTBALL
BeatBall has been developed through Sport Cardiff’s Girls Together initiative in partnership with the FAW Trust.
Sessions typically involve instructors delivering set routines with a variety of exercise patterns to up-beat music.
BeatBall is a great all round fitness class which develops fundamental movements and coordination with the football at the heart of the session.
There are various BeatBall sessions operating across the City for Girls age 7-11 years.
