Terms and conditions for 'Win a Grand In The Sand'

CARDIFF BAY BEACH – CAPITAL FM SOUTH WALES, JULY /AUG 2014

RULES

The following rules (“Rules”) together with Communicorp UK ("Communicorp UK ") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competition/ apply to the Cardiff Bay Beach radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from the 25th July – 23rd August. The "Radio Station" is Capital FM South Wales.

Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

Details of the Competition:

To enter the Competition an Entrant must:

Take a selfie at the Cardiff Bay Beach and upload it onto twitter to @capitalmpg with #cardiffbaybeach. Two entrants per week will be chosen from the pool of entrants by Matt, Polly and Geraint as their favourite selfies of the week and contacted by telephone to discuss taking part in the grand final on Saturday 23rd August.

Grand Final – A part of the beach will be sectioned into 8 squares. We will bury a small treasure chest in each square for the contestants to dig up. One treasure chest will contain £1,000 of Capital Cash. Contestants will chose their square via random selection (numbers out of a bag).

Eligibility:

Finalists must be 18 years or over

Finalists must be available at the Cardiff Bay Beach on Saturday 23rd August.

Capital reserves the right to select replacement finalists if original finalist is unavailable or does not meet the terms and conditions

Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.

Prize:

£1,000 cheque. Cheque to be received within 28 days of the competition.
