STREET STAR COMPETITION
CAPITAL SOUTH COAST

RULES

1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competition/ (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to 'Fareham Shopping Centre Street Star Competition' (the “Competition") which will run on Thursday 18th June, Thursday 25th June and Thursday 2nd July 2015 on Capital South Coast (the “Radio Station”).

2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  

Details of the Competition:

3. To enter the Competition an entrant must find the Capital Street Stars at the Fareham Shopping Centre late night opening events and enter with them by playing the Beat The Intro game and via their IPad entry form. Entry will open at 16:00 and close at 20:00 on Thursday 18th June, Thursday 25th June and Thursday 2nd July 2015.

4. Entrants will need to play the Beat The Intro game with the Capital Street Stars for their chance to win on the nights specified above.

5. Multiple rounds of Beat The Intro will be played with winners winning vouchers in various denominations throughout the evening. Capital Goody Bags will also be offered up as prizes in addition to the vouchers.

Eligibility:

6. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.

7. Entrants must be present at Fareham Shopping Centre on the night for their chance to win.

Prize:

8. On each night Thursday 18th June, Thursday 22nd June and Thursday 2nd July winners will receive shopping vouchers in various denominations to spend at participating retailers within Fareham Shopping Centre.

9. The winners' contact details will be passed to Fareham Shopping Centre who will liaise with the winners on the prize redemption and confirm details.

10. By agreeing to hear from Fareham Shopping Centre, you are opting in to receiving communications by email from Fareham Shopping Centre to inform the entrant a) If they are a Winner; and b) of promotions and/or offers from Fareham Shopping Centre and relating to specific products and services from time to time.  You will be able to unsubscribe from these email communications at any time.

11. Capital South Coast and  Fareham Shopping Centre reserve the right to change these prizes for alternatives if required.
