Capital broadcasts bulletins containing a mix of London, UK and world news together with sport, entertainment, travel and weather information on the hour from 5am to 7pm on weekdays, 6am to 12 noon on Saturdays and 7am to 12 noon on Sundays.

We are proud to broadcast the vast majority of our output live from Capital’s studios in Leicester Square. None of our output is automated.
