RULES

1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/ (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to Thaikhun Drive Promotion radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from Monday 30th November 2015 to Friday 4th December 2015 on Capital FM Nottingham (the “Radio Station”).

2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

Details of the Competition:

3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must send a text message with the word ‘Food’ to 83958 (the “Text Message Line”). Text messages will be charged at standard network rates. The opening and closing times of the Text Message Line will be given out on air.

4. The winner will be picked at random and contacted to be told they have won.  

Eligibility:

5. All entrants must be aged 16 or over. Anyone consuming alcohol must be aged 18 or over.

6. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Prize:

7. The winner will receive a meal at Thaikhun Restaurant for them and nine friends and £200.

8. The meal is valid Sunday-Friday. Each guest will be entitled to a three course meal and two drinks.

9. £200 will be in the form of a cheque to be provided by Capital FM. It will take up to 28 days for the winner to receive their cheque.

10. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
