GLOBAL’S MAKE SOME NOISE BOULEVARD RAFFLE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/) (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to ‘Global’s Make Some Noise Boulevard Raffle’ (the “Raffle") which will run from 7pm on Friday 10th November 2017 to 7:30pm on Sunday 7th January 2018 on Capital North East (the “Radio Station”).
2. Anyone who enters the Raffle (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted these Specific Rules and the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.
Details of the Raffle:
3. To enter the raffle and make a donation to Global’s Make Some Noise Entrants can purchase a raffle ticket from the box office or a member of the team at Boulevard, 3-9 Churchill Street, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 4HF. The price of raffle ticket is £3 for one strip or £5 for 2 strips. This is a charity auction and no refunds will be given.
4. Entrants must give their name, contact number, postal address & email address when buying tickets.
5. 3 winners will be chosen at random by a member of the Capital team from all the raffle entries during the show at Boulevard on Sunday 7th January 2018. The winners will be contacted via the contact details on the raffle strip.

6. Entrants must be 18 years of age or over at the time of buying the raffle ticket(s).
Prizes:
7. The first winner drawn from the raffle will win EITHER a 3 day trip to New York, flying from Newcastle Friday 1 June 2018 and returning on Tuesday 5th June 2018 OR £1000 cash, at the winner’s option.
The second winner drawn from the raffle will win tickets to Katy Perry at Newcastle Arena on the 25th June 2018 included is an overnight stay at Matfen Hall in Northumberland.
The third winner to be drawn from the raffle will win a meal for 2 at House of Tides in Newcastle.

8. Global reserves the right to change the prizes at its absolute discretion and may substitute any prize with a prize of equal or greater value. Other than in these circumstances, no substitute prizes are available.
9. The prizes will be given to the winners only and are not transferable.

Prize 1 - A 3 day trip to New York
The prize comprises:
- Return flights on KLM from Newcastle to New York JFK via Amsterdam for two people:
- departing on Friday 1st June 2018 at 06:05 on flight KL952, arriving in Amsterdam at 08:30, departing Amsterdam at 11:05 on flight KL6149, arriving New York JFK at 13:15; and
- returning Monday 4th June 2018, departing New York JFK at 17:35 on flight KL64, arriving in Amsterdam 06:50 on Tuesday 5th June, departing Amsterdam at 08:35 on flight KL953, arriving in Newcastle at 08:45.
- 3 nights’ accommodation in Four Star World Center Hotel based on 2 people sharing a queen room, only a room only basis.
The prize excludes all other costs and expenses including, but not limited to, UK and US ground transfers, meals and drinks, excursions, attractions, treatments, car hire, personal expenses, and any required visas or vaccinations.
To travel to New York, the winner must hold a valid passport, with 6 months return date. The winner must make his/her own way to Newcastle airport. Cash alternative of £1000 is available.
The winner is responsible for applying for ESTA vista to travel to the United States. If they aren’t eligible to enter the country or should they so wish a cash alternative of £1000 will be offered.
Prize 2 – Tickets to see Katy Perry and an overnight stay at Matfen Hall
The prize is for two people on the 25th June 2018 and comprises:
- Two standard seated tickets to Katy Perry at Newcastle Arena; and
- an overnight stay at Matfen Hall, Northumberland including:
- standard Afternoon tea served on the day of arrival;
- dinner from the a la carte menu (no drinks included);
- a double or twin room;
- breakfast; and
- one spa treatment to the value of £45 maximum per person to be taken at the time of the stay
The prize excludes all other costs and expenses including, but not limited to travel costs and parking.
Prize 3 – Meal at House of Tides
The prize comprises the tasting menu for 2 people. Drinks ARE NOT included in the prize. The prize can be booked subject to the venue’s availability. The House of Tides is a Michelin star restaurant so winners may have to be flexible with dates. Must be taken within 12 months of the winner being drawn.
