Geordie Shore star Vicky Pattison has been sentenced after admitting assaulting a girl and a female bouncer in Newcastle.
The 26 year old was ordered to carry out 180 hours unpaid work and pay £4,000 compensation to student and part-time model Hannah Kelso, after hitting her in the face with a stiletto.
The shoe had already hit bouncer Victoria Burns in the face in the incident at the House of Smith bar in Collingwood Street in July last year while MTV were filming an episode of the reality show.
According to a Probation report referred to by Judge Brian Forster QC, Pattison had drunk "10 pints of alcohol and shots of spirits'' before the attack which happened when someone threw ice at her.
Anthony O'Donohue, defending, told Newcastle Crown Court she denied drinking 10 pints but accepted she had drunk a considerable amount.
Judge Forster said she got drunk because of a relationship breakdown, and reacted angrily when ice was thrown.
"In such circumstances you lost control of yourself.
Sense and reason were abandoned.
You dealt with a simple situation by taking off your shoe and throwing it in the direction of those you thought to be responsible.''
Caroline McGurk, prosecuting, said members of the cast of Geordie Shore were in the VIP section of the bar and Pattison was "extremely drunk'', and was told to get down when she stood barefoot on the leather seats.
Pattison, from Wallsend, North Tyneside, began to abuse 18-year-old Miss Kelso, who was sat in a neighbouring booth, for throwing ice.
CCTV later showed that neither the student nor her friends had done it, the court heard.
Miss McGurk said:
"Miss Kelso remained silent. This is because she was scared of the defendant who looked very angry.''
Pattison lunged but missed and was manhandled away from the scene, and from around seven metres away threw her shoe.
It struck Miss Burns on the right side of her face, then Miss Kelso beneath her eye.
Miss Burns said the blow, which cut the inside of her mouth, made her feel sick and caused her to cry.
The judge ordered she receive £750 compensation.
The blow to Miss Kelso's face caused a cut which required four stitches and may have caused a permanent scar.
Pattison, who has more than 1.2 million followers on Twitter, did not reply to police questions after she was arrested.
She admitted causing actual bodily harm on Miss Kelso and assault on Miss Burns on the basis that she threw her shoe in the general direction of the complainant "out of frustration''.
Mr O'Donohue said the defendant was taking steps to address her behaviour.
"When this offence occurred there were matters associated with her private life which meant she was at a low ebb.
She had hoped to receive some leave but that was cancelled due to filming in Australia and that increased the pressure upon her.''
She hopes to continue doing the sort of media activities that she has previously.
She also has hopes of a commercial enterprise, a hope of opening a boutique and she is a woman of ambition and some ability, having been educated to degree level.''
Judge Forster accepted she felt genuine remorse for her behaviour, which he had described as "truly shocking'', and gave her credit for her previous guilty pleas. He ordered she must pay £1,350 prosecution costs.
