University Of Bolton Drive In Movie's Event Details

DRIVE IN MOVIE EVENT DETAILS FOR SHOWINGS ON THURSDAY 30TH JULY OR THURSDAY 6TH AUGUST

• We recommend no more than 3 people per car for viewing purposes

• You will need to present your ticket to give you entry into the film on either Thursday July 30th or Thursday 6th August

• This Ticket is valid for one vehicle, driver the legally allowed number of passengers. You must comply with the road traffic act 1988. Ensuring every passenger has a seat belt.

• Only registered cars will be allowed entry on the night 

• Global Radio reserves the right to refuse entry at any time 

• Sound will be accessible via your FM car radio, details of frequency will be provided on arrival (or via a hand held radio).

• Pre show entertainment starts 60 minutes before the movie

• You must arrive no later than 15 mins prior to the screening.

• Latecomers will not be admitted

• Spaces will be allocated on arrival 

• 4 x 4's and people carriers permitted and will be accommodated in a designated area.

• No vans, coaches or commercial vehicles permitted.

• Please ensure you have enough warm clothing and outdoor shoes.

• Engines and lights must be switched off during the performance apart from when you are charging your battery (if required).

• For the enjoyment of all patrons you must remain in your car during the screening.

• Inclement weather won't affect the screening.

• Tickets must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

• All vehicles must comply with the road traffic act 1988.

• Tickets are non refundable.

• Vehicles are parked at the risk of the owners. 

• Global Radio does not accept any liability or be held responsible for any loss, damage to your property or for any collisions that may occur causing injury.

• Food will be in the form of x1 pasty per person 

• Drink will be in the form of x1 drink per person 

• No alcohol permitted
