Claire House Children’s Hospice provides respite and end-of-life care for children and young adults with life-limiting medical conditions. Holly is one of those children.

Holly was born with multiple severe disabilities, and every single day since then has completely revolved around her care. Holly’s family treasures every moment they have with her because they know that each day together could be their last.

Mum Hayley says, "Claire House have played a vital part of our lives for over 12 years. They’re part of our family, in every sense of the word. Holly adores going there because she has fun every single time, and the highly trained staff make sure her medical problems are taken care of while she plays."

But Claire House isn’t just for Holly. The hospice gives mum Hayley and her husband Gary a precious few hours away from her care so they can spend quality time with their other children, Josh and Ruby. And when they are at the Hospice together, all three kids can play and interact in ways just not possible at home.

With Make Some Noise help, Claire House can keep their hospice running and continuing making a difference to families like Holly’s.
