You could bet getting up close and personal with the 'Beauty And A Beat' singer just hours before he takes to the stage in front of thousands of screaming fans.

RULES
The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competition/ apply to the ‘Win A Meet And Greet With Justin Bieber’ radio competition which will run on 4th March 2013 (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is Capital FM London. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.
1. Details of the ON AIR Competition:
There will be 2 competition rounds. Round 1 during the Capital Breakfast Show (6am-10am) and Round 2 during the Drive Show with Greg Burns (4pm-7pm)
Round 1: Capital Breakfast
To enter the Competition an Entrant must:
Send a text message with the keyword as given out on air with their answer to (the “Text Message Line”).
Text messages will be charged at standard network rates.
The opening and closing times of the Text Message Line will be given out on air.
Entrants must text their suggested ice-breaker question for Justin Bieber if they were to ever meet him. The winner will be the one that is deemed the most entertaining by the Capital Breakfast Show presenters and producers. Some entries may be read out on air before the final winner is selected.
Entrants will be required to talk to the presenter/s and a call may be recorded with the presenter/s and played on-air. If entrants fail to answer their phone or if any fault occurs immediately prior to or during these calls and it is not possible to re-establish contact with the caller, another contestant will be selected at random.
One entrant will be brought to air and told they have won the tickets.
Round 2:
To enter the Competition an Entrant must:
Send a text message with the their answer to (the “Text Message Line”).

2. Eligibility:
Entrants must be aged 16 or above. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.
3. Prize:
3.1 The two winners will receive a meet and greet with Justin Bieber for themselves and a friend at London's O2 Arena on Tuesday 5th March 2013. Doors open for the event at 6.30pm with the time of the meet and greet TBC. Any attendees aged 15 or under must to be accompanied by an adult (18+).
3.2 The prize does not include travel and it is the winner's responsibility to arrive on time for the event.
