Capital London: Tezenis

Tezenis on Capital London and Capital Xtra, November-December, 2016
RULES
1.    The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/ & http://www.capitalxtra.com/terms-conditions/  (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to Tezenis radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from Tuesday 29th November to Sunday 11th December on Capital London and Capital Xtra Network (the “Radio Station”).
2.    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. 

Details of the Competition:
3.    Entrants are playing across both Capital London, and the Capital Xtra network, with a shared prize.
4.    To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to http://www.capitalfm.com or http://www.capitalxtra.com and register their details.  Online entry will open at 00:01 on Tuesday 29th November and close at 23:59 on Sunday 11th December 2016.
5.    Listeners will be asked to answer a question and input their details.
6.    The winning Entrant will be selected at random from all the correct entries received.
7.    The winner will be notified via telephone on Monday 12th December. Failure to answer your phone may result in the prize being awarded to another, randomly chosen, entrant.

Eligibility:
8.    Entrants must be 18 or over.
9.    Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.
10.    The winner must be available to attend the event on Tuesday 13th December in central London. No alternative prize will be offered and you may forfeit your prize if you cannot attend.

Prize:
11.    1 x winning Entrant win receive a trip for two to London, including transport, 1 night accommodation, £500 spending money and a place each at the exclusive store opening in Oxford St
The prize is provided by NDL.

12.    Prize Terms and Conditions:
13.    Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
14.    Promoter: This is Global Limited (Company Number: 6251684) with its registered office at 30 Leicester Square, London, WC2H 7LA.
15.    Winner must be able to travel to and from London on the day of the event (13 December) and home on the 14 December
16.    Travel is subject to availability at the discretion of the organiser and will be on Tuesday 13th December – Wednesday 14th December 2016.
17.    Hotel is classed as a 4 Star and is based on two adults sharing a double room with ensuite bathroom on a bed and breakfast basis.
18.    Based on two adults enjoying a three course meal from the A la Carte menu including 1⁄2 bottle of house wine, mineral water and coffee.
19.    Tickets to the exclusive opening of the Tezenis store will be provided by the client
