RULES

1.    The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) which can be found at www.capitalfm.com apply to British Airways on Capital London radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from Monday 15th December 2014 to Sunday 21st December 2014 (“the Duration”).  The "Radio Station" is Capital FM London.

2.     Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

Details of the Competition:

3.     To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to www.capitalfm.com and correctly answer one question, and register their details to go in the draw to win.  Online entry will open at 00:01 on 15/12/14 and close at 23:59 21/12/14.

4.      From all correct Entrants, one Entrant will be randomly selected and contacted by Global Radio within 7 working days of the competition closing.

Eligibility:

5.     Entrants must be over 18 years of age; able to travel overseas by aeroplane and hold a valid passport or be eligible to obtain one in time for travel.

6.     Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.

Prize:

·       Return flights for two people to Amsterdam, The Netherlands

 

·       Return private transfers from the airport to the hotel


·       Overnight accommodation at a 4 star hotel in Amsterdam


·       Breakfast for two people in the hotel restaurant


·       Dinner and drinks on one night for two people at Fraiche


·       2 x tickets to see The Script on 20th March 2015


·       £250.00 spending money


·       Travel insurance

 

Prize Terms and Conditions:

Winners must be available to travel between 20th and 21st March 2015. Departure airport used will be dependent on the direct availability from the winners nearest available international airport, which may not necessarily be the closest. Non UK passports holders may need a visa for this destination, which they should arrange with the Embassy at their own expense. Includes all taxes and surcharges. At least one person must be over the age of 18 years.

Hotel is classed as a 4 star and is based on two people sharing a twin room with ensuite facilities on a bed and breakfast basis.

Tickets will be for the day stated only and are non-transferable. Tickets are subject to availability at the time of purchase.

Travel insurance is subject to normal terms of acceptance. Pre-existing medical conditions may not be covered. No age restrictions apply.
