RULES

1.    The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competition) (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to the Love Triangles radio competition (the “Competition") which will run on Saturday 6th February 2016 on Capital Liverpool (The "Radio Station").

2.    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. 

Details of the Competition:

3.    To enter the Competition an Entrant must go to Pyramids Shopping Centre, Birkenhead between 11am and 3pm on Saturday 6th February 2016 and find the Capital Street Stars.

4.    Entrants must pose for a picture in our Love Triangle photo boards and enter their details on the iPads provided.

5.    One entrant will be selected to win the prize using a random number generator.

6.    The winner will be notified by a Capital FM representative, within one week of the competition closing.

7.    By having your photo taken by the Radio Station you: (i) warrant that you control all copyright and all other rights (including, without limitation, performers’ rights) in and to such image and (ii) confirm the grant by you to the Radio Station [and Global Radio] of a worldwide, perpetual, royalty free licence in the copyright and all other rights in and to the image (including, without limitation, performers’ rights) and you waive any moral rights and like rights you have in relation to the video; so that the Radio Station [and Global Radio] shall be entitled to use the video in any and all media at no cost to the Radio Station [and Global Radio] and such use shall not infringe the rights of any third party. Your image may be selected to feature on an online gallery at capitalfm.com

Eligibility:

4.    Entrants must be 18 or over.

5.    Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Prize:

6.    One person will win the prize which consists of an overnight stay for two with a spa treatment, dinner and breakfast, plus £200 to spend at Pyramids Shopping Centre, Birkenhead.

7.    The winner will receive overnight accommodation in Liverpool for two people complete with Full English Breakfast the next morning.

8.    The dinner will be in Jean Christophe Novelli Brasserie in Liverpool and consist of a set meal for two, drinks are not included, booking is subject to availability.

7.    The winner can chose their treatment from the list below:
* Head and face massage - 30 minutes
* Shoulder, neck and scalp massage - 30 minutes
* Feet and legs treatment - 30 minutes
* Elemis exotic moisture facial - 30 minutes
and the prize includes full use of the leisure facilities and complimentary use of luxurious towels, robe and slippers.

8.    Check in and departure will be subject to hotel policy.

9.    Prize valid until 31st December 2016.

10.  Prize must be used on a Saturday, with the exception of public holidays. Subject to availability. No travel is included in this prize.

11.  The £200 shopping voucher is to be redeemed at a participating Pyramids Shopping Centre retailer of the winners choice. Exclusions apply.

12.  Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion
