RULES
1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competition/ ) (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘The Fast Car Festival Breakfast Competition (the “Competition") which will run on Friday 30th June 2017 on Capital East Midlands (the “Radio Station”).
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.
Details of the Competition:
3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must listen to the breakfast show and wait for the cue to call. To enter they must text 83958 with the keyword given out on air (the “Telephone Line”). Text messages will be charged at standard network rates. The opening and closing times of the text number will be given out on air. The competition will run on Friday 30th June 2017.
4. The selected entrant will be required to talk to the presenter(s) and the conversation will recorded and maybe played on-air. If the caller fails to answer a return call from Global, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over or cannot continue the call for any reason the call may be terminated and another Entrant selected at random.
Eligibility:
5. All winners must be age 18 years of age or over.
6. Winners must be able to claim their prize for the 2nd July only.
7. One entry per person. Multiple entries will be removed.
Prize:
8. The Prize consists of the following;
• Four Tickets to the Fast Car Festival 2017 on Sunday 2nd July at Donington Racetrack.
- Winner must be age 18 years of age or over with no age restriction on guests.
- Tickets will be emailed to the winner before the event.
- Tickets will need to be printed and brought to the event.
• 1 night at Premiere Inn, East Midlands Airport, Pegasus Business Park, Hunter's Way, Castle Donington, DE74 2TQ.
- Hotel rooms are on Saturday 1st July only.
- Rooms will be two twin rooms, room only.
• Four passenger rides in a supercar and an opportunity to meet the current Top Gear Stig.
• Four 12 months subscription to Fast Car Magazine.
- Subscription details will taken at the event.
• Four Goodie bags including t-shirts and car detailing packs.
- To be collected at the event from the Fast Car Entertainment stand.
• Breakfast for four at the Donington Café.
- Vouchers to be collected at the event from the Fast Car Entertainment stand.
9. Sporting Bears passenger rides are open to anyone over 6 years of age. Any children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult to gain entry to The Fast Car Festival
10. A representative from The Fast Car Entertainment stand will be available for you to call on the day to arrange to collect your goodie bags which will include your breakfast voucher to the value of £7 per person to be redeemed at the Donington Café. The representative will also arrange your supercar ride and set up the subscription to the magazine. (you will be provided the contact details if you are a winner)
10. Once notified that you have won your tickets these will be sent electronically to you so you will need to print off these tickets and take with you to gain access to the event.
11. The prize is non-refundable, non-transferable, has no cash alternative and has no cancellation value once booked.
12.Global Reserves the Right to substitute the prize
13. For the avoidance of doubt, in the event that (i) the Prize cannot be taken by a winning Entrant for any reason beyond the control of Global or Kelsey Publishing, (ii) the Prize is returned as undeliverable, (iii) the winning Entrant fails to respond to a Prize notification within 28 days or (iv) the winning Entrant declines the Prize the winning Entrant will be disqualified and an alternate winning Entrant may be selected.
