RULES

1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘Mouse House Breakfast Promotion’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run on Friday 4th September 2015 on Capital FM East Midlands (the “Radio Station”).

2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  

Details of the Competition:

3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must send a text message with the ‘Mouse’ to 83958 (the “Text Message Line”). Text messages will be charged at standard network rates.  The opening and closing times of the Text Message Line will be given out on air.

4. Dino and Pete will read out a letter and a number on air, any listeners who have both the letter and number in any part of their post code will be invited to text the word ‘Mouse’ to 83958. A winner will be selected at random and called on air to be told that they have won. Presenters will check the post code of the winner during the call and the winner will be asked to provide proof of address via email or post before receiving their prize. If the winner is unable to prove that their post code includes both the letter and the number read out, another winner will be selected at random and required to provide proof.

Eligibility:

5. Winners must be over 16 and able to provide proof that the postcode they currently reside at qualifies for competition entry.

6. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Prize:

7. The winner will receive a cheque for £500, provided by Capital FM. The winner must allow up to 28 days to receive their prize.

8. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
