Terms & Conditions for Jimmy Carr at Derby Comedy Festival Competition, June 2015

RULES

[The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competitions apply to  ("the Competition") which will run on Monday 22nd June through to Friday 26th June in the local Breakfast show (“the Duration”).  The "Radio Station" is Capital FM. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station

Details of the Competition:



1.  On Air Promotion - listeners will text ‘Comedy’ to the studio on 83958, the opening and closing times will be given out on air.

1.1.  1 Listener will be chosen at random on the local Breakfast show between 6-10am and win tickets for them & 3 friends (4 tickets per winner) to the see Jimmy Carr on 10th July at Derby Arena as part of Derby Comedy Festival. There will be 5 sets of winners in total from Monday - Friday.

Eligibility:

2.  Aged 16 and over only.

Prize:



2.2 4 x tickets to Jimmy Carr's 'Funny Business' Show at Derby Arena on Friday 10th July 2015. Tickets are standard seating.

3.  Tickets are non transferable and can only be used for Jimmy Carr's 'Funny Business' Show on 10th July at Derby Arena.
