Stabbing In Nottingham Leaves Man In Serious Condition

Police have told Capital they're looking into reports of a fight in Nottingham just before a teenager was stabbed.

The 18 year old's in a serious but stable condition at the QMC after being found in St Anns Well Road last night.

14 years for Nottinghamshire sex offender

A man from Nottinghamshire, described as a danger to children by police, has been jailed for 14 years.

25-year-old Robert Bustard from Jacksdale will be on the sex offenders register for life for offences against two boys.

Detectives say his victims have shown tremendous bravery.

DS Helen Lambert, who led the investigation, said:

“Bustard is a dangerous individual who targeted young boys and took advantage of them in the worst way possible. He made a number of indecent images of children and stored these images on his computer. His victims have shown tremendous bravery but we are conscious of the impact that this has had on these young people and their families.
 
'The custodial sentence reflects the danger Bustard poses to children and it will remove the risk of harm to the public for a significant period.'
