RULES
 
The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competition/) (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to the ‘Fusion Festival’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from Monday 20th July 2015 to Tuesday 25th August 2015 on Capital Birmingham  (the “Radio Station”).
 
Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.
 

Details of the Competition:

To enter the Competition an Entrant must call the studio on 0121 606 54 54  (the “Telephone Line”), when they hear the “cue to call"

Phone calls will be charged at standard network rates.

A Caller will be picked at random from the switchboard. They will then be asked a question, If they get the question correct, they win the prize. If they get it wrong, another caller will be chosen at random. This will continue until a caller gives a correct answer.

All Entrants selected to play will be required to talk to the presenters and a call will be recorded with the presenter/s and played on-air. If the caller is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over, or cannot continue the call for any reason, the call may be terminated and another Entrant selected at random.

The winner will be announced on air.

 
Eligibility:
 
Entrants must be aged 16 years or over and meet the requirements relating to the prize as detailed below.

 
Prizes:
 
One pair of tickets for Fusion Festival. The tickets will be valid for the day that is stipulated on air (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday)
 

Prize Terms and Conditions:

No travel or accommodation is included.
