RULES

1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competition/ (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to ‘Bensons for Beds’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from Monday 31st October to Friday 4th November 2016 on Capital Birmingham (the “Radio Station”).

2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  

Details of the Competition:

3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must call 0121 606 5454 (the “Telephone Line”).  Telephone calls will be charged at standard network rates.  The Telephone Line will open each day when the presenter opens the phone lines during the contesting week (W/C 31st October 2016). 

4. Each morning the Capital Birmingham Breakfast Team will give out 3 clues to a Capital artist.  The spoken clues will be based around their home and bed e.g. Clue 1 - Bestie's in a photo frame, Selena Gomez and Cara Delevinge, Clue 2 - Pet cat Meredith, Clue 3 -A huge poster on the wall of the numbers 1989. Answer - Taylor Swift. 

5. If the contestants from Monday to Thursday correctly identify the artist they will win £500 cash thanks to Bensons for Beds.

6. If the contestant incorrectly guesses, a new contestant will be selected at random and taken to air.

7. On Friday, the final contest day, the prize will consist of £500 cash, a bedroom make-over to the value of £2,500 plus a personal chef to cook and deliver the winner breakfast in bed.

Eligibility:

8. Entrants must be aged 18 or over. 

9. Entry is restricted to one entry per person.

Prize:

10. £500 cash prize per day Monday to Thursday during the contesting week (W/C 31st October 2016). 

11. Friday’s prize will be: 

  • £500 cash

  • A bedroom make-over to the value of £2,500, which will consist of a bed/bedroom furniture from any of the stockists at Bensons for Beds, subject to stock availability.

  • A personal chef to cook the winner breakfast in bed, on a day arranged at their convenience.

12. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
