Two Arrested After Missing Birmingham Teenager Found

A man and a teenager have been arrested on suspicion of child abduction after a 13-year-old girl went missing in Birmingham.

Police raided a flat on Arundel Place in the Sparkhill area of Birmingham at around 9.30am yesterday (Saturday 23 August).

It's after they say they receieved intellegence about a missing 13-year-old who was last seen by her relatives on Tuesday 29 July having left her West Bromwich home.
 
A 16-year-old lad and a 20-year-old man who were in the flat were arrested on suspicion of child abduction
 
A 23-year-old man arrested earlier this month in connection with the girl’s disappearance remains on police bail while inquiries continue.
 
Detective Inspector Tom Chisholm, from West Midlands Police, said: "She is safe with police officers and I would like to thank people who took the time to share our appeals for information."
