The team behind the criminal investigation into the Hillsborough Disaster, Operation Resolve, have identified 19 people they want to speak to about the day.
They've also released moving footage from the day of the disaster in 1989, in which 96 Liverpool fans were killed.
The people in the images are being treated as witnesses who went through Gate C on the day of the match, which was opened as fans tried to pack into the ground, forcing them into a tunnel where there was a crush.
To make some of the images more clear, specialists used recognition techniques to find multiple photos.
