Man Due In Court Over Fatal Road Accident In Leeds
A man's been charged with causing death by dangerous driving after a fatal crash in Leeds.
The 27-year-old from Bradford's due in court this morning.
25-year-old James Gilbey (below) died after he was hit by a car on Stanningley Bypass on Monday night.
One other person's being held by police.
Seven others have been released on bail.
