Joshua who was from the Manor Park area was out with his friends and family to welcome in the New Year when he was stabbed wound to the neck.
Four local men were arrested and will answer police bail in September, but no one has been charged. Police say there were about 500 people in the club that night and they want to speak to all of them.
Family statement from Joshua's girlfriend Aisha McNellie and his mum Sarah Thompson.
"We know that there are people out there who are not aware that no-one has been charged for Joshua's murder, which happened in January.
We, Joshuas' family, have come up against a brick wall and cannot move forward.
We need your help to bring us closure to this heart-wrenching and horrific situation. We may have laid Josh to rest but we cannot rest, as we are in torment.
If you were at the Stars and Mayfair Function Suites at the time and have not come forward because you think you cannot help, please think again.
The smallest of information might be significant.
If you are a parent, put yourself in our shoes; imagine losing your son, which is an ordeal itself but then not knowing who had killed him, makes it more unbearable.
We cannot stress enough how important it is for the community, friends and family to come together to help solve this crime. Please search your hearts and conscience and think what if it was one of your loved ones wouldn't you want justice and closure?
