Detectives Investigate Attempted Rape In Sheffield

Police in Sheffield investigating the attempted rape of a 19-year-old woman
She was walking long Upwell Street in Grimesthorpe just after midnight on Friday 7 August when an unknown man approached her and stalking talking to her.
He is understood to have attempted to rape the woman in a car park area close to Upwell Street, before running off in the direction of Holywell Road.
The man is described as being Asian, around 19-years-old and 5ft 7ins tall. He is described as having short black greasy hair with a little bit of facial hair.
He is believed to have been wearing a dark blue top with a logo on the left side and a collar.
He is also believed to have been carrying a black rucksack at the time.
The victim was not injured during the incident and is receiving the support of specialist officers.
Police have released this E-fit and want anyone who may recognises the man or saw anything suspicious in the Upwell Road area at the time to call 101 quoting incident number 27 of 7 August 2015.
