Cannabis Factories Found In Doncaster

Police Officers in Balby and Intake have seized a massive amount of cannabis with a street value of £182,000.
Officers raided two houses in Balby and Intake after calls from the public about suspected drug activity.
316 cannabis plants were found in the first raid at a house in Dublin Road in Intake, police say the plants have a street value £95,000. A 24 year-old man was also arrested for production of cannabis and has been remanded until his court date.
In the second property on Mansfield Road in Balby, 291 cannabis plants were found, with a street value of £87,000.
Sergeant Carl Lindley said: “Drugs have an impact on the lives of residents and the local community, and we are committed to tackling this issue and dealing with the concerns of our residents in Doncaster.
"We will always take positive action and respond to information provided by the public in relation to any crime, and I would urge people to contact the Police, or Crimestoppers anonymously, to report any concerns they may have.”
