Bradford Mum Denies Manslaughter Of Son

A mum from Bradford has pleaded not guilty to the manslaughter of her four year old son and also denied preventing the burial of his body.
42 year old Amanda Hutton, appeared at Bradford Crown Court with her son, 24 year old Tariq Khan, who also denied preventing the burial of a body.
They were arrested in connection with the discovery of the decomposed body of Hamza Khan at a house in Bradford, West Yorkshire, in September 2011.
Hutton also denied a number of other charges including one of benefit fraud.
Hutton, of Farcliffe Road, Bradford, and Khan, of Bradford Road, Bradford, are due to go on trial on September 16.
They were given conditional bail by the Recorder of Bradford, Judge Roger Thomas QC, and told to appear again at Bradford Crown Court on July 25 for a further case management hearing.
