6 Arrested After Gunshots Fired In West Yorkshire

West Yorkshire Police have arrested 6 men after three firearms incidents over the weekend in the Batley area.

All the suspects are aged between 19 and 28.

The first incident happened at 12.15am on Saturday 10th September, at an address on Manor Way in Batley.

The second occurred at 4.45am on Sunday 11th September, at an address on Hawthorne Avenue, Batley.

The third happened at 1.54am on Monday 12th September, at an address on Conway Crescent, Batley.

On each occasion officers were called to reports that a firearm had been discharged at the properties. Each properties windows and the front door had been damaged. No one was injured.

There is an appeal for witnesses.
