A man from Newport has pleaded guilty to forcing a man to work for him on his farm.
David Dan Doran - who's 42 - was on trial alongside his dad Daniel Doran who has been cleared.
Darrel Simester was found on Cariad Farm in Marshfield last year.
Cardiff Crown Court has previously heard the 44 year old was found in an "appalling" state - with his parents saying he looked more like a man in his nineties than their son.
Simester told the jury he'd been forced to work 15 hour days for more than a decade at the site with no pay.
David Dan Doran has been released on bail and will be sentenced later this month.
