A house in Barry - made famous by Gavin and Stacey - is up for sale.
The property on Trinity Street is on the market for £125,000.
Glenda Kenyan has lived there for 30 years and is happy to show fans around her home.
She said: "It's been fantastic, meeting people from all over the country.
"They come in by plane, by cars, walking.
"It's changed my life and it's helped Barry too - it's put Barry on the map"
"We've had a hell of a lot of people - so far i'm up to 12,311 people in."
The visitor book shows people from as far afield as Australia have come to visit.
Alex Easton is from Estate Agents - Burnett Davies with Easton.
He said he's expecting lots of interest in the house: "Disregarding the Gavin and Stacey connection, it's a fabulous house in itself, it's on the fringe of West End which is a popular location.
"Gavin and Stacey is a popular programme which has gone worldwide.
"It's been great for Barry, great for the Vale of Glamorgan and hopefully great for me as I try to sell the house".
