Three men have raided a New Forest shop - threatening a female member of staff.
Detectives are investigating the robbery at around 5.30am on Sunday 27 July at the Co-op store on Lyndhurst Road in Ashurst.
Three men entered the store and threatened a member of staff.
The member of staff, a 69-year-old woman, was taken to hospital by ambulance suffering from shock but has since been released.
It is not known whether anything has been stolen at this time.
Detective Inspector Amanda Horsburgh said:
“This was a distressing incident for the shop worker which left her very shaken.
“I would appeal for anyone with information that may assist our investigation into this robbery to contact us.
“Did you see anything suspicious in the area at the time? I am particularly keen to hear from anyone who may have seen a dark coloured hatch back car in the area at the time or maybe driving away after the incident.”
