Police are appealing for information after staff were attacked and racially abused at Pompey Nosh in Allaway Avenue, Paulsgrove.
It happened between 10 and 10.20pm on Wednesday, November 23.
Three members of staff were assaulted and a window was damaged by a group of five youths, three boys and two girls.
PC David Tester said:
"The behaviour of this group was really quite disgusting with some members of the group seen to spit through the front door of the shop and racially abuse staff inside.
"Staff should not have to tolerate this kind of behaviour.
"Police are actively trying to stamp out anti-social behaviour in Portsmouth and need the help of the public to help us identify those involved.”
Anyone who may have witnessed the incident or recognises the youths from the CCTV images is asked to contact PC David Tester at Fratton police station on 101.
