Southampton Solent University says it's fixed a problem with the Uni's online results system, but has also e-mailed them out as a precaution.
Some students had waited all week for them, and had been told they cannot receive their results either on the phone or in person.
In a new statement at 6pm on Friday July 15th, the University said:
"Following earlier issues involving students being unable to access the University’s online exam results’ system, we have now e-mailed their results.
"Final-year students have also been able to visit the University to collect them.
"The online results’ system has now been restored but, as a precaution, it is limiting access to avoid the potential for a reoccurrence of the earlier problems.
"Faculty office staff will be available from 10am – 3pm on both Saturday and Sunday to answer any telephone or
face-to-face enquiries concerning exam results.
"Students who intend to come into the University should bring their campus cards with them for identification
purposes.
"We understand this has been an anxious time for our students and apologise for the inconvenience caused.
"The University is launching a full inquiry into these recent problems."
