Car Filmed On Hampshire Road With Bonnet Up

A man's been caught on camera, driving along a dual-carriageway in Hampshire with the car bonnet up.
The blue Mercedes Benz E Class was filmed on a 50mph stretch of the A31 near Cadnam. It has what appears to be a battery charger attached to the engine.
The car is listed for sale at £24,000 through the Mercedes dealership in Winchester.
Hampshire Police are investigating, along with the dealership.
