Police are appealing for information after burglars forced their way into a woman’s home near Eastleigh.
It happened in Hartley Road, Bishopstoke on Friday, September 9 around 10pm - the woman was in at the time.
She heard a loud banging on the front door and two masked men forced their way in through the door. She was told to stay sat down by the burglars while they searched the house for valuables.
Around £80 of cash was stolen along with a Panasonic Lumix camera and a black rucksack. The intruders then ran out.
Nothing else was reported stolen and the owner wasn't hurt but was left badly shaken.
PC Lee Murden who is investigating the crime said: “This is an unusual crime which occurred at a time when most people would have still been awake. We are appealing for any witnesses who may have been in the area and anyone else who may have information”
