Two Men In Court Following Death Of Woman In Car Crash

Two men have appeared in court following the death of a woman in a crash in Ayrshire.
Joan Price, 59, died in the collision on the A77 near the Holmston roundabout, Ayr, at around 9.30pm on Monday.
Her 39-year-old passenger was also taken to Ayr Hospital for treatment.
The women were travelling in a Nissan Pulsar that was in collision with a black Volkswagen Golf.
In total three man have been charged following the incident but only two appeared at Ayr Sheriff Court. A third man, aged 19, is expected to appear at a later date.
Logan Matthew Knox, 19, of Girvan, Ayrshire, faces charges under the Road Traffic Accident Act plus an additional charge of attempting to pervert the course of justice.
He made no plea and was remanded in custody.
John Gribben, 18, of Ayr, was also charged under the Road Traffic Act and faces another of attempting to pervert the course of justice.
He made no plea and was released on bail.
