Rangers have appointed Steven Gerrard as their new manager. The former Liverpool and England captain has signed a four-year contract.

Rangers have confirmed the appointment of Steven Gerrard as their new manager.

He's signed a four-year contract to succeed Graeme Murty, who was sacked earlier this week.

It's the former Liverpool and England captain's first senior management role.
