Greater Manchester Police Officer Killed In Saddleworth Crash

The man killed in a crash in Saddleworth on Wednesday morning has been named as an off-duty police officer.

47 year-old Graham Lyne from Chadderton was killed after his motorbike and a Vauxhall Corsa collided at about 11 o'clock on Wednesday morning. He suffered serious head injuries and died at the scene.

The car driver was not injured.

Greater Manchester Police has appealed to anyone with any information to get in touch.
