A teenager has been raped in Droylsden, police say they are looking for witnesses.
The attack happened in the early hours of Saturday morning, when two men in a car approached the 15 year old girl as she stood at a bus stop near to McDonalds at Crown Point at approximately 12.50am.
The men asked her for the time, before telling her to get into the car.
The men then drove the girl to the Lumb Lane area of Droylsden, before one of the men raped her.
The first offender is described as an Asian man, in his 20s, about 5ft 10in tall, of skinny build with short dark hair. He wore three quarter length shorts.
The second offender is described as an Asian man, about 5ft 10in tall, of medium to large build with dark spiked hair. He wore jeans and a dark coloured top.
They both spoke with a local accent.
Detective Inspector Jamie Daniels from GMP’s Serious Sexual Offences Unit said: “We have a team of officers investigating this attack and extra officers have been on patrol around the Lumb Lane and Crown Point areas following the incident to provide reassurance to people living and working there.
“We have specially trained officers supporting the young girl at what is clearly a very distressing time for her.
“This is being treated as an isolated incident and we are appealing to anyone that may have seen anything to contact police directly.
Officers don't believe it’s racially motivated.
