4 Seconds To Steal A Mobile

The CCTV footage you can see below is supposed to demonstrate how easily a mobile can be taken.
The theft in the video happened in Leicester and within 4 seconds.
Whilst phones are still be taken in the city, thefts are down a third in the last few weeks.
Police have told Capital that's because more police are patrolling and more of us are becoming aware of their ‘Love Your Phone’ idea.
