A second man's been charged with the shooting of an 18-year-old in Birmingham.
Kenichi Phillips died in Ladywood in March after being shot as he sat in the back of a car.
37-year-old Dean Silvera was arrested by West Midlands Police on Tuesday morning and has now been charged with the killing of 18-year-old Kenichi Phillips in Birmingham in March, the force said.
Silvera, of Stamford Grove in Perry Barr, Birmingham, was remanded in custody and is due to appear at the city's magistrates' court on Thursday.
Kenichi - known as Nichies - was shot in St Marks Crescent in the Ladywood area of Birmingham just before 7pm on March 17.
The latest development in the case comes after a 17-year-old youth was arrested in April and charged with Kenichi's murder.
Meanwhile, a 22-year-old man who was arrested on suspicion of murder the day after the shooting remains on police bail pending further inquiries.
