101 year-old Ralph Clarke has been found guilty of 21 historic child sex offences
A 101 year-old Birmingham man has been found guilty of 21 historical child sex offences after a trial at the city's crown court.
The jury came to today's verdict after hearing how the retired lorry driver attacked two girls in the 1970's and 1980s'.
Ralph Clarke from Holly Lane in Erdington admitted nine charges part-way through the trial relating to a young boy.
He's thought to be the oldest defendant ever to stand trial in a British court.
Detective Emma Fennon from West Midlands Police told Capital Clarke's never said sorry for what he did.
Clarke, who was born in March 1915, sat impassively as the unanimous verdicts were delivered.
He is expected to be sentenced next week.
