Two Men Arrested On Suspicion Of Attempted Murder

A 44-year-old local man has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder and is currently in police custody.

A second male, believed to be in his twenties, was taken to hospital with serious but none-life threatening injuries. He has also been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder.

Officers are appealing for anyone who saw the disturbance, or with information about vehicles in the area at the time of the incident, to call 101, quoting log number 325 of July 7.
