A prisoner has been arrested after another inmate was found dead in his cell in prison.
73 year old Alan Goode was serving a nine-month sentence for voyeurism, he was found dead in his cell early Thursday morning
Goode, a serial peeping tom, was jailed in October after he was found lying on a cubicle floor in the women's toilets of a Leicester shopping centre.
The Prison Service have told Capital an ambulance was called after 5.45am, but Goode was pronounced dead at the scene.
A 35 year old male inmate, thought to have been Goode's cellmate - has been arrested in connection with the incident.
HMP Lincoln is a category B prison, which can hold up to 720 adult remand and convicted prisoners, including life-sentenced inmates.
